1、 The function of tires

2、 Precautions for tire use

Composite: Load goods according to the tire load indicated on the sidewall, and overloading is strictly prohibited

Travel time and temperature: Jinlang should avoid long-distance and long-term high-speed driving, increase the number of stops, and stop to rest for heat dissipation.

Air pressure: Inflate according to the tire pressure indicated on the sidewall to avoid high or low air pressure and reduce tire life.

Driving speed: Excessive speed should be limited to avoid high-speed driving under overload conditions

Poor road surface: When the road surface is severely poor, one should take a detour or slow down while driving

Maintenance: Avoid direct sunlight, rainwater, and contact with oil and chemical corrosive substances.

3、 Tire pressure of large truck tires

The standard air pressure for the tires of a large truck is indicated on the tires, mainly depending on how much cargo is being pulled. If the cargo is being pulled for 1-5 tons, the air pressure is around 8. Load 10-15 tons of goods at around 10 atmospheres. Carrying 20 tons of cargo, with a pressure of around 12 to 13 atmospheres. The maximum air pressure should not exceed 14 atmospheres. The higher the height, the greater the damage to the tires!

4、 Tire maintenance

1. Due to the influence of temperature, the gas inside the tire will automatically expand. To ensure tire pressure, it is recommended to fill with nitrogen in summer, and the filling pressure should be reduced by 10%.

2. Replace tires in a timely manner. High temperatures in summer can accelerate the wear and aging of tire rubber, reduce the strength of the steel wire layer, and generally have raised marks in the tire tread grooves. Car owners should replace the tire in a timely manner.

3. Due to the use of the steering wheel, the front wheels wear out faster than the rear wheels. To extend the service life of the tires, regular tire rotation can be carried out to balance the wear of the front and rear wheels.
