Leaf springs are flexible in design and can be directly bridged to the two poles of the frame, or selectively fixed to only one end of the frame, in most cases the front of the vehicle, and the other end is cleverly connected to the frame through a delicate short swing arm. In order to mitigate the tendency of the spring to extend when compressed, a locking mechanism is cleverly incorporated, giving the spring a softer elastic feedback. In addition, in the past, there were springs with concave ends, which the industry called spoon ends (this type of design is rarely used now), and its main purpose was to accommodate and support the installation requirements of rotating components.
