In order for containers to be transported safely, the correct use of container twist locks is essential.

When the crane lifts the container and places it on the vehicle, it is important to control the crane. You need to align the container with the twist lock position. Then, rotate the twist lock handle. The lock will be fixed in the standard position (90°/70°). This ensures the twist lock is secure and keeps the container stable.

For specific types of twistlocks, specific operations are required.

For lifting type twistlocks, it is necessary to push the handle longitudinally, lift the locking head, extend it into the inside position of the corner piece at the bottom of the container, and then rotate it to the standard angle to complete the locking of the corner piece of the container.
